I made this pattern available because it’s the kind of thing I wish I’d had when I was first learning to make clothes. Back then, the hardest part was finding a pattern with real shape, then trying to figure out how to bring it together properly. Good patterns are hard to find, and strong silhouettes are even harder. Too often, you’re starting from something generic and left to fill in the gaps yourself. This pattern gives you a head start. The proportion, fit, and construction have already been worked through, giving you a solid foundation to build from. It’s the exact block I’ve refined and returned to for years.
