Made with brown cowhide. Collar and front panel made with a Siirt Blanket. The siirt blanket Originates from Southeast Anatolia in the early 20th century, handwoven from Angora goat hair. The soft texture and warmth comes from a long pile, created by brushing with a steel comb after weaving. Traditionally woven on narrow looms; a staple in Anatolian homes and Kurdish communities. Historically used by shepherds and villagers for comfort, showing the enduring craftsmanship of the region. The traditional weaving techniques have been preserved, keeping this cultural heritage alive through generations.
